There are several options for charging. The package includes a kettle plug that provides a 10A input from the mains, allowing the battery to be recharged in 1.7 hours. When I tried charging the battery from empty, it consumed 1.365 kWh in total, or 108% of its capacity. That outperforms the UGreen PowerRoam GS1200 in terms of efficiency.
It is not possible to utilize the Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus as an EPS or UPS because it lacks mains passthrough. Just up to the 2000W output limit, you can charge the Jackery Explorer 1000 Plus while using plugged-in devices.

I can say one thing about Jackery’s items, and that is their design are simply amazing. Like the Jackery Explorer 1500 Pro, the 1000 Plus has a large lift-up handle on top and is shaped like a cooler.
It is not a light product weighting 19kg but the handle made it comfortable to carry around the, either one or two handed. This power plant certainly gets the portability part right from lifting into the automobile to then out again somewhere else.
It provides a decent amount of power for camping with a 1264Wh battery within the base unit, enough to run laptops and coffee machines, for example, while keeping the battery’s mobility.
