Affiliated Disclosure

1. Regulations for FTC Disclosure Compliance

The Federal Trade Commission published new Disclosure Compliance regulations in 2015.

These guidelines are put in place to make sure that viewers or readers of online content are informed of any sponsorships, endorsements, or business partnerships that the blogger or publisher may have. If the content publisher is getting paid for sharing a link or product, the readers should be aware of this.

2. Regarding links and posts on this website, kindly assume the following in accordance with FTC guidelines:

Any and all of the links on facticofficial.com are affiliate links, which means that when specific products are sold, I am paid a tiny commission.

3. Affiliate Links: What Are They?

Purchases are completed on websites run by external affiliate companies: when a reader clicks on an affiliate link on facticofficial.com, they buy the item straight from the vendor and not via facticofficial.

Facticofficial receives a small commission or other payment from Amazon and/or other businesses in exchange for directing users to their website.

Whether a reader purchases through an affiliate link or a non-affiliate link, the prices are the same. The visitor is not affected in any way by clicking an affiliate or non-affiliate link, including the price.

4. Facticofficial participates in two primary affiliate networks:

  1. Amazon affiliate links.
Facticofficial.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for website owners to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites, as well as to other websites that may be affiliated with Amazon Service LLC Associates Program.
  2. Affiliate links for products.
If you purchase a product after clicking on one of my affiliate links, I will receive a cut of the sale or some kind of payment.

Again, using these affiliate links does not result in a different pricing. By following the link, you won’t incur any further costs. These are not “pay per click” links.

5. What about content that is sponsored?

I don’t write posts for sponsorship. My goal is to deliver factual, impartial information. However, I will make this obvious at the start of the piece if a business wants to publish sponsored material on facticofficial.com.

In the end, I only endorse goods that I personally use or those I would suggest to friends and family.
Your purchase aids in the funding of my study. Many thanks for everything! Thank you very much!
